We are a non-profit created to provide temporary financial relief to professional Annapolis area musicians & scholarships for Annapolis area youth. AMFM is a non-profit providing temporary financial relief to professional Annapolis musicians Our mission is to provide financial relief on an as-needed basis to professional Annapolis-area musicians who cannot perform due to illness, injury, or other occurrence. The financial relief is intended as a safety net to ensure that a loss of work by a qualifying musician will not result in financial collapse. It provides rare security for Annapolis-area musicians, creating an opportunity for them to pursue musical artistry with a greater degree of assurance and equanimity, and thereby benefiting the musical arts community at large. We also support Annapolis-area musical arts education programs by providing music lessons, particularly to underserved children, and scholarships to Annapolis-based high school seniors intending to major in music performance in college.
