El Seminario Reformado Latinoamericano es una organización sin fines de lucro estadounidense comprometida con la formación teológica en América Latina. Su misión es equipar a líderes eclesiásticos en la región con una sólida educación bíblica y teológica, así como con un discipulado personal, para impulsar la transformación de las iglesias latinoamericanas.
Historia y Objetivos
El seminario surge de la preocupación de un grupo de iglesias reformadas por extender la fe bíblica en América Latina y preparar pastores y ministros capacitados para el surgimiento y fortalecimiento de congregaciones que glorifiquen a Dios. Durante más de 15 años, han realizado conferencias y apoyado seminarios reformados en Estados Unidos, con el fin de ofrecer formación teológica a miles de hermanos en la región.
Programas y Actividades
El Seminario Reformado Latinoamericano ofrece diversos cursos y programas, incluyendo estudios sobre hermenéutica, historia de la Iglesia antigua, y teología pastoral. También organizan actividades como la Conferencia Teológica Reformada Latinoamericana, que reunirá a exponentes notables en 2025 para discutir temas como el diseño bíblico de la familia.
Estructura y Apoyo
La organización depende de donaciones para mantener sus programas accesibles y permitir que más personas accedan a una educación teológica de calidad. Además de su sede en Houston, Texas, han extendido su alcance mediante tecnología, como clases en línea y conferencias virtuales.
