JLA Cares purpose and misssion is to support advocate and uplift people and communities harmed by a system of neglect and inequity gain access to services aquatic facilities and programs and technologies that help achieve and enhance education social health housing aquatic safety employment and financial outcomes. To achieve JLA Cares purpose it facilitates and participates in community government and business dialogue provides referrals to human and business services assist with securing workforce and phyical health training opportunities gives guidance to veterans and persons with disabilities seeking government benefits and advocates for aquatic digital and social justice and equity.
