New York Abortion Access Fund The New York Abortion Access Fund NYAAF supports New Yorkers and people traveling to New York State to access abortion care through financial assistance case management and connections to other resources. How We Work NYAAF funds abortions for people living in or traveling to New York State. We trust that people are experts in their own lives and support 100 of callers regardless of income age or citizenship status. We work with most abortion providers in New York State and a few across the country and make pledges directly to clinics on behalf of our callers.
