We also handle appeals and postconviction matters for our clients. The Society is founded upon the belief that equal access to effective representation by counsel is vital to upholding justice and assuring equal administration and protection under the law. Our staff is comprised of a leading team of experienced defense attorneys family court attorneys social workers investigators and professional support individuals who have all shown a commitment and dedication to indigent criminal defense.
