Access Care Partners (ACP) announces the availability of Older Americans Act funds in Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2026 and 2027, through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Grants will be awarded through a competitive proposal review process, to support and extend comprehensive and coordinated services enabling persons age 60 and over to remain living in their homes and communities.
