New York deserves better. We’re calling on @GovKathyHochul to not reappoint Justice M. William Boller—a judge whose record shows a disturbing pattern of excessive sentencing, more frequently overturned than 99% of his peers. Keeping Boller on the bench would contradict the Governor’s stated commitment to a fair and accountable judiciary. This is bigger than one judge. It’s about the integrity of our entire legal system. It’s about families, futures, and the right to justice—not punishment for punishment’s sake. New Yorkers deserve judges who serve people, not prison stats. Let’s demand better. #TheCourtNYDeserves (fb)
