Honduras Hope Honduras Hope Honduras is the second poorest country in the western hemisphere. The daily lives of many are subsistence farming and odd jobs in the midst of inaccessible health care education natural disasters and unchecked drug and human trafficking. We work with rural villages to stabilize and empower their lives through access to medical care schooling small business support and leadership programs. Honduras Hope is a New Hampshirebased nonprofit 501c3charitable organization supporting health education and entrepreneurship in rural Honduras.
