Beginning today, Monday, June 2, 2025, SAIL's Queensbury Campus will undergo essential renovations to strengthen our foundation for the future. This necessary investment will help ensure we can continue delivering high-quality, impactful services for decades to come. During construction, operations from the Queensbury office will temporarily relocate to a fully accessible office inside the Aviation Mall. To reach our temporary office, please enter the mall through the Target entrance, take a left, and you’ll find us next to Auntie Anne’s. While at this location, all services will be available by appointment only. We strongly encourage you to call ahead for equipment loan requests to ensure availability and coordination, as the temporary office will have limited inventory. Our hours of operation will remain the same: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that equipment returns will not be accepted at the Aviation Mall location during this time. Returns can instead be made at the Wilton Mall or after July 7, 2025. This temporary relocation is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks. We will provide updates as the project progresses.
