Our approach to working with young people and schools is grounded in the understanding that social emotional and academic development SEAD are innately interconnected to support young people to thrive. Each year we work with more than 70 NYC public schools to help create immersive deeper learning experiences that help students develop SEAD competencies in their classrooms Crews communities and the outdoors. Our Work We offer two unique types of partnership one that focuses on coaching teachers and leaders in schools and another that offersdirect student programming in the outdoors.
