ABPA - Home GET TO KNOW US The Armstrong Bradfield Preschool Association has been connecting families in the Park Cities since 1985. Membership is open to families with children who are kindergarten age oryounger and are zoned for either Armstrong Elementary or Bradfield Elementary. For reference here is the HPISD elementarydistrict map. The ABPA provides a great way to meet other parents of young children and connectwith families in your neighborhood.
