- Doctorow Family Foundation The Jarvis Constance Doctorow Family Foundation was established in New York City in 2004 as a taxexempt 501c 3 charitable trust with personal donations by its first Trustees Jarvis and Constance Doctorow. IN MEMORIAM Jarvis Doctorow It is with great sadness that we honor the passing of Jarvis Doctorow on March31 2020. Along with his wife Constance he was a cofoundingtrustee of the Doctorow Family Foundation. With the wisdom gainedfrom his WWII experiences and extensive education Jarvis established JCDFF to nurture communities through the arts and mental health.
