City Critters, Inc. is a small 501(c)(3) in Manhattan that performs local cat (and some dog) rescue, City Critters, Inc., is a small 501(c)(3) cat rescue and adoption organization located and operating in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. Our mission is to reduce the suffering and death of animals in our city by rescuing and placing stray and abandoned cats and kittens, promoting spay/neuter of all companion animals, educating the public on local animal issues, and offering advice or support to local individuals dealing with problems involving homeless cats and dogs. City Critters rescues and places a few dogs each year, as well as the occasional rabbit, bird, or other small beast.

Ive adopted three wonderful kitties from City Critters over the years. Not only did CC rescue them but also with their partner vets got them healthy neutered vaccinatedand managed their adoptions. Im a believer.
