Has been providing mentorship opportunities for 16 years for a better world for underprivileged, at risks girls in the community from 9-12 grades attending Public Schools! Our mission is to train, develop and equip at risk girls to be effective leaders of tomorrow. The organization believes that each girl carries the potential to become leaders of change within their communities. Lack of mentorship intervention, lack of seriousness towards education, lack of knowledge, amongst minority youths, is the root of social challenges one of which is producing unproductive citizens. The YOVE Program has created three important organizational goals for the girls: 1. To increase career preparation readiness, mentorship intervention for the YOVE Program for all the participants from 9-12 grades 2 To increase high school graduation and college readiness rates among them to 85-90%. 2. To increase the college acceptance and attendance rate of the YOVE girls up to 80-90%
