Hear Aidan’s perspective on Netflix’s Adolescence and what it gets right (and wrong) about the cultural pressures facing young men today. Aidan Stark-Chessa is a philosophy student at Bates College, with a focus on ethics, morality, and rhetoric. He has collaborated with organizations like SafeBAE and Maine Boys to Men, advocating for healthy masculinity and the prevention of gender-based violence. Through his involvement as a Maine Boys to Men youth council member and "The Youth Take" podcast host, Aidan has fostered thoughtful dialogues on consent, identity, and emotional expression. He looks forward to bringing his perspective to this conversation about Adolescence and the complexities of growing up today. 📅 Thursday, May 22nd | 6:30 – 8:00 PM | Virtual via Zoom 🔗 Register at bit.ly/MBTMpanel (case sensitive) or through the link in our bio.
