Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., is a religious organization organized to support the activities of Jehovah's Witnesses in the United States, such as the preaching and teaching of God's Word, the Bible. In an effort to teach as many people as possible, the organization records, produces, prints, and distributes Bibles and Bible-based literature, music, art, and other intellectual property of a religious or educational nature in any medium in over 1,000 languages. Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., also uses voluntary contributions to provide facilities for the administration of Jehovah's Witnesses' activities and to provide humanitarian assistance to individuals who have suffered from natural or man-made disasters.
