The Hill: "The Educational Choice for Children Act has gained traction in Congress and among advocates. It would create a federal tax credit for individuals who donate to groups that provide school choice scholarships to students. The scholarships would be available for students from families with incomes up to 300 percent of their area’s median gross income. The scholarships can be used for books, tuition, school supplies and even for homeschool-related costs."
