GSBDC Our mission is to preserve and enhance housing stability for the tenants coop owners and homeowners of the Greater Sheepshead Bay. About Us Since 1978 the Greater Sheepshead Bay Development Corporation a New Yorkbased 501 c3 nonprofit which achieved IRS status in 1981 has been providing housingcounseling and navigator services to ensure our residents experience rental coop and homeownership stability. We reduce rent burden disparities and homeownership burden inequality.
