The Bucket Foundation Mission Our mission is to assist in the rescue of abandoned neglected andor abused animals and to help with the veterinary and maintenance expenses for companion animals belonging to elderly andor indigent persons. We also operate 2 small shelters for the permanent care of rescued animals that are not adoptable.
