To gain the pleasure of Allah by serving in the best interests of Islam and Muslims in the Upper Westchester County of New York and adjoining areas and enabling them to practice Islam as a complete way of life. Toward this end, in accordance with guidelines of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), UWMS shall: A. Establish Islamic programs and projects. B. Organize an entire spectrum of Islamic activities including, but not limited to social, cultural, religious, and educational activities. C. Strengthen fraternal bonds and brotherly relations among Muslims. D. Offer Muslims in Westchester County, New York and adjoining areas membership and active participation in UWMS activities. E.
