We are committed to lowering barriers in the adoption system for ever Our mission is to help find loving families for children whatever their needs or circumstances, and provide counseling and support for all children and the families to whom they have been born or entrusted. Spence-Chapin provides counseling, support, community programming, and permanency services for more than 900 women, children, and families each year throughout New York City, upstate New York, and New Jersey.
