Delivering high quality, evidence-based programming. Valuing, enriching and partnering with our staff, our clients and our communities. We are committed to serve the most vulnerable, those who are most at risk and have limited resources. The programs within the Eliot network provide a continuum of care to our clients. The agency is governed by a Board of Directors, who share a strong commitment to providing services that ensure that individuals realize their fullest potential.
