TO ASSIST RHODE ISLANDERS WITH DIFFERING ABILITIES IN THEIR EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE FULL INCLUSION IN SOCIETY AND TO EXERCISE THEIR CIVIL AND HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LEGAL ADVOCACY.
