Digital Metrology Standards Consortium (DMSC™, Inc.) works to identify urgently needed standards in digital metrology and supports ISO:23952 QIF & DMIS. QIF (Quality Information Framework) was elevated from an ANSI standard based on XML to ISO 23952:2020 in August 2020. With MBD, it enables the capture, use, and re-use of metrology-related information in manufacturing.
