OAC currently serves 292 clients in TN, Chattanooga, Greeneville, Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville. Open Arms Care Corporation supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their maximum potential and lead dignified and meaningful lives. The purpose of the OAC Foundation is to obtain funding to support the OAC mission by providing funding for services that are not reimbursable by traditional funding sources.
