IT ALSO SERVES AS A FORCE FOR CHANGE WITHIN THE LONG TERM CARE FIELD, PROVIDING INFORMATION, EDUCATION, AND ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS THAT ENHANCE QUALITY AT EVERY LEVEL.
