EACH PARTICIPANT'S PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND NEEDS GUIDE THE ROADMAP FOR INTERVENTION ALLOWING FOR STABILITY, ACCEPTANCE AND AN INCREASED QUALITY OF LIFE WHILE BEING AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY.
