Since completing the NYCHA Resident Training Academy (NRTA) in 2016, Tiphany has made incredible strides in her career. But it doesn't stop there—Tiphany has also given back by volunteering her time to support and sustain the NRTA program, helping future trainees achieve success just like she did.
