Creative Dreams Outreach Center – Touching Hearts with the Arts Who We Are Creative Dreams Outreach Center is a nonprofit youth development program and tutoring program for middle and high school students. We offer free art dance and music lessons as well as academic tutoring. Mission Statement Our Mission is to encourage at risk and youth in foster care to reach their God given potential through encouragement in artistic programming that supports their mind body and spirit in partnership with community volunteers advocates and donors. Our Programs Our art dance and music lessons are set up to be fun in a way that our participants dont even recognize they are learning.
