GATEWAYS WAS DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO THE CONTINUING NEED FOR NEW AND CREATIVE MEANS TO KEEP DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS LIVING, WORKING AND RECREATING IN THE LEAST RESTRICTIVE AND MOST INTEGRATED SETTINGS POSSIBLE.
