Training Specialist Ashley McFadden completed her ACRE Basic Certification. ACRE Certification teaches the essentials of providing quality employment services for people with disabilities. We love to share the success stories of how TLC individuals are growing through our services. Direct Support Professionals at the Day Program, along with management, have witnessed incredible progress in Sean! When Sean first arrived at TLC, he preferred spending most of his time in the sensory room and didn't interact much with others. Over the last two years, Sean has made tremendous strides in socializing, participating in group activities, and trying new things. His transformation has been so remarkable that Sean was honored with the Outstanding Progress Award at our Day Program Awards, coordinated by the Day Program staff earlier this year. 💚 (fb)
