Day Of A Thousand Smiles The Day of a Thousand Smiles is the highlight of the year for the Rachel Cooper Foundation. Fellowship and Research In order to expand the impact of our mission of saving children we have in recent years funded the Rachel Cooper Foundation Fellowship at The Childrens Hospital at Montefiore CHAM.
