About Us Read and Feed is an afterschool literacy program that provides meals tutoring and books to children from lowincome families in Wake County. Get Involved There are many ways you can help us give KIDS an appetite for READING volunteer conduct a book drive sponsor a site or a child provide meals to name just a few.
