Environmental influences on ecosystems refer to the various external factors—both natural and human-made—that can affect the structure, function, and balance of ecosystems. These factors can have significant impacts on the organisms that live within an ecosystem and how they interact with each other and their environment. In this experiment, bubbles are used to represent organisms. Pictured above are our students creating different environments to support or challenge the bubble's survival.
