Penn South Social Services Welcome to Penn South Social Services Where Community Matters Since 1986 Penn South Social Services PSSS has provided services and programs for residents of the Penn South Coop and the surrounding Chelsea community. PSSS is funded by the Penn South Coop contracts with New York City and State our NYC council member private foundation grants and by the cooperators of Penn South. Our Programs Penn South Program for Seniors PSPS our flagship program provides classes and services specifically designed to allowPenn South seniorsto independently stay in their homes. Penn South Programs for All Programs for Allprovides classes film showings music programs and other events for people of all ages in the Penn South community.
