The Rose Agency is a nonprofit organization serving the Jefferson County Area by providing FREE social services to SENIOR Citizens 65 and older. The Rose Agency is a community based humanitarian agency providing FREE social service assistance to senior citizens. We promote advocacy for seniors that are living below poverty level. It is our goal through education to enhance the health and social well being of seniors by restoring and maintaining their dignity and providing social services they deserve.
