Hispanic Unity, Advocacy, Social Service The Hispanic Coalition of Greater Waterbury, Inc. shall provide needed services as identified by our community. Services shall be provided by enacting advocacy, creating collaboration, and promoting education.Most of the Hispanic Coalition's work is carried out within the City of Waterbury, Connecticut. At least ninety-five percent of our job sites are located within a twenty-mile radius of our Main Offices located within the River/Baldwin Recreational Center in the South End part of Waterbury. As a Certified Service Provider thru the CT Department of Developmental Services, we may acquire clients anywhere in the State and currently provide services in the towns of Bristol, Naugatuck, Cheshire, Bridgeport, New Haven, East Hartford, and Torrington, CT.
