We are a healthcare system in Western New York. Our hospitals are Kenmore Mercy, Mercy, Sisters of Charity, St. Joseph Campus and Mount St. Mary's. Catholic Health is a non-profit healthcare system in Buffalo, NY, providing care to Western New Yorkers across a network of hospitals, primary care centers, imaging centers, and several other community facilities. To raise new funds and steward existing resources which support, improve and promote the care and service provided by Catholic Health's Home & Community Based Care ministry.
