Goodwill of Western and Northern CT empowers people to develop skills and get the jobs they deserve. Goodwill has an important mission: Strengthen communities by helping people maximize independence and self-sufficiency through job training and other support services. Goodwill serves individuals with disabilities and those with other disadvantages. We assist them in reaching their maximum potential through education, training, career counseling, work experience, and other support services. In 2023, we served 6.247 Connecticut residents, helping 1,190 to find and secure employment.
