Rerouting Peoples Stories Donate an Angel Car Donate an Angel Repair Apply or Contact Sioux Empire Wheels to Work reroutes the stories of singleparent families by matching them with transportation to pursue greater opportunities. Wheels to Work is a 20yearold Sioux Falls South Dakota nonprofit organization that matches qualifying singleparent families with safe and reliable donated vehicles free of charge. We call donated vehicles Angel Cars because they have such a profoundly positive impact on the lives of those who receive them. We currently have a waiting list of eligible households to match with Angel Car donations in the Sioux Empire area.
