Border Buddies Ministries Inc

Our Christian mission organization serves in various barrios of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Our mission is to bring hope for a brighter and stronger future of Honduras by promoting the spiritual, educational and physical well-being of disadvantaged children, young people and their families. We believe that a faith based, well educated person will make Honduras a stronger and more independent country where people will want to live and work and prosper. We do this by living, sharing and teaching the gospel. We host short-term construction teams that improve and refurbish public schools. Each school receives a complete kitchen, supplies and instruction on feeding the children. We have established a program called "One Child Sponsorship" which pays tuition and provides uniforms and supplies for the school year for children from kindergarten all the way through college. We also host medical teams that provide basic services to all who come to the clinics.We have established youth groups for young boys and girls at various schools that provides leadership, Christian education and a variety of activities. We also have ministry in area prisons.
