Guitar Fort Worth is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to nourishing our community through music, with the classical guitar serving as the primary ingredient.As an arts organization in Fort Worth, we are uniquely positioned to provide additional color to the rich tapestry of "Cowboys and Culture" that defines our city. In doing so, we bring accomplished musicians from all over the world right to your doorstep, in venues ranging from museums to nursing homes and schools. Remaining true to the relationships cultivated at our organization's founding, we bridge socioeconomic divisions by providing performance opportunities, instruction and mentorship year-round to our partner schools. While the classical guitar is our tool, we believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. In contrast to an insular, guitaristic organization, we actively partner with other performing arts organizations to present a united front in the search for love, purpose, and community derived from art.
