Through residential and support programs, we aim to provide care and assistance to individuals with mental health, substance use and other life challenges. π¦ A human services agency serving people in Saratoga and the surrounding counties. RISE is a human service agency that has been serving people in Saratoga and the surrounding counties since 1978. RISE programs provide safe, healthy housing and support services to people with mental health concerns, substance use, and other life challenges. Our mission at RISE Housing and Support Services is to help people living with mental health, substance use, and other life challenges to remain safe and healthy in the community through housing and supportive services. RISE will serve as a catalyst, leader, and partner in meeting the housing and recovery needs of our community. Our knowledgeable and resourceful staff and board members will educate the community to reduce the stigma associated with mental health diagnoses, substance use, and other life challenges.

Myth: The shelter is full of people from outside Saratoga County. Truth: Priority is given to those who are currently street homeless living in the City of Saratoga Springs. As of June 2025, 75% of the individuals served have been from the City of Saratoga Springs, 20% have been from Saratoga County, and only 5% have been from Out of County.
