The corporation will work toward this end by offering instruction in the skills of chess for the purpose of improving or developing player’s capabilities in the game of chess. The corporation will provide playing opportunities, learning camps and game reviews in schools and other public places. The Corporation will cooperate with schools, chess clubs and other groups and institutions within Arizona in conducting tournaments and teaching chess. The corporation may be affiliated with the United States Chess Federation.
