Tri-CAP's mission is to improve lives and create opportunities for low- income people in Malden, Medford, Everett, and surrounding communities. Tri-CAP advocates for and provides services that create positive, measurable changes in the quality of life for low-income people. Tri-CAP works to ensure that low-income residents of Malden, Medford, Everett, and surrounding communities: 1. can meet their essential needs for food, shelter, housing, clothing, heat, and child care; 2. have opportunities to increase their incomes and realize their personal and community dreams; 3. have political, social, and economic power, with a strong and organized voice that is heard at the local, state, and federal level.
