This past Friday, we held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of our new adult and pediatric health center at 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich. Managed by Family Centers with support from @greenwich_hospital and @yalenewhavenhealth, the center offers patients a comprehensive, integrated care model that includes primary medical care, behavioral health, dental and human services. This week, Family Centers' Care to Care program hosted 38 childcare providers at the annual Early Childhood Dinner at the Fish Church in Stamford! The providers, who receive nurse consultation services through Care to Care, participated in professional development activities focused on bringing art into the classroom. 🎨 (fb)
