The foundation provides direct financial assistance to individuals and families facing life-threatening illnesses or other catastrophic situations TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND/OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES STRICKEN BY CATASTROPHIC ILLNESS OR DISASTERS AND TO OTHER TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING THE SAME.
