HarborCOV provides culturally relevant emergency and support services for individuals and families affected by domestic violence. 24hr hotline: 617.884.9909 HarborCOV is a nonprofit organization that offers victims and survivors of domestic violence free and confidential support that respects their experiences and decisions. Founded in 1998, Harbor Communities Overcoming Violence (HarborCOV) provides linguistically and culturally appropriate, high-quality emergency and support services to, transitional and permanent low-income housing for, and advocates on behalf of, victims and survivors of domestic violence, while working to educate the public on its causes and consequences. HarborCOV provides a broad array of services, including: a 24-hour emergency and referral hotline; comprehensive case management; emergency, transitional and permanent housing; and specialized legal advocacy, economic development, youth and public education activities.
