NYC-based Dance Continuum, Inc. (aka Susan Marshall & Company) creates and performs dance and multidisciplinary performance works choreographed and directed by Susan Marshall. A master at transforming everyday movement into powerful abstract drama, Marshall is known for her unique style of emotional storytelling through critically acclaimed dances including One and Only You, The Most Dangerous Room in the House, Spectators at an Event, Les Enfants Terrible, Cloudless and Sawdust Palace. Marshall's choreography has been described as a mesmerizing blend of virtuoso athleticism, gesture and pattern, interwoven with passages of pure movement. The company seeks to introduce audiences to dance through a wide range of residency activities at its various performance venues.
