L.E.A.D.'s mission is to empower Black youth in Atlanta by using sports to teach them how to overcome crime, poverty and racism. L.E.A.D. is an SBYD org & uses sports to teach Black youth how to fight crime, poverty and racism. L.E.A.D. (Launch, Expose, Advise, Direct), a 501c3 nonprofit organization operating in Atlanta, Georgia. L.E.A.D.'s mission is to empower an at-risk generation to lead and transform their city of Atlanta by using the methodology of sports-based youth development to teach Black youth how to overcome crime, poverty and racism.
